Our Mission
Founded in 1947 by Norman Hodge, N. Hodge & Company was the first estate agency in Somerset West. His son Peter joined in 1968, and his grandson Andrew in 1995 - making this a rare third-generation family business.
With more than 75 years of history, we have grown with the Helderberg region, combining deep local knowledge with professional independence. Today, Andrew Hodge continues to lead the company, ensuring every valuation, sale, or rental is handled with accuracy, care, and integrity.
